Zhu'en Motor Rotor and Stator Assembly Hydraulic Press, developed by Shanghai Zhu'en Industrial Development, is specially designed for stator pressing, rotor pressing, end cover pressing and other processes of new energy motors, servo motors, stepping motors and household appliance motors. It is the core assembly equipment for motor manufacturing.
The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength body, which is treated with aging stress relief, with stable rigidity, high pressing parallelism, and no easy partial load during the pressing process. Equipped with PLC touch screen CNC system, it can accurately set pressing pressure, stroke, holding time, and store and call multi-section process programs. The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates pressing curves, judges whether the workpiece is qualified online, exports and saves production data, and supports docking with the MES system to realize full-process traceability of assembly quality.
It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety light curtains and emergency stop buttons to prevent workpieces and operators from being crushed. The tonnage, stroke and tooling can be customized according to motor specifications, and positioning fixtures and automatic feeding and discharging mechanisms can be optionally installed to adapt to semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines.
